CT Lawn Rangers

Just stop showing up one day.... so I called no answer... I texted no answer...I called again... I was blocked... I was a little confused... so I sent a snail letter with a stamp that never got responded to because he has been getting and cashing my checks... He never told me he was quitting, never said he wanted to raise his prices, and I always paid my bill and always liked Damien, he's been with me two seasons. It's now been almost a month with no lawn service and I'm having to start over to find a guy at the end of the season. I feel like any business person should at least let you know they're not coming back so I could have had the freedom to find someone the past 4 weeks instead of not knowing what's going on. I'm sad. :(

Tried contacting company several times (text and phone) regarding status of work that need to be completed but no response. It goes straight to voicemail and has been over a month. To date, have not received a response and am left stuck finding and contacting numerous companies to do the lawn mowing and the snow removal at the "last hour", which is difficult. He was always paid on time and (the majority of the time) the same day. It is apparent that I am not the only individual who has been placed in this difficult situation. Based on this and other matters, I will NEVER do business with this company again. Avoid at all cost.

Seems like they don’t care about the quality of service provided. Left clumps of grass, mowed towards the house instead of away and left huge strips of un mowed grass. Leaves the clippings all over the walk way. Thanks CT Lawn Rangers for leaving me your mess to clean up 👍
