Ct Plumbing was referred to me during the purchase of my home. Originally a broken sewer pipe was found under my sidewalk. They also gave me a bid to break through the sidewalk dig underneath and repair the sewer pipe, back fill the hole that was dug, and re pour new sidewalk. I proceeded with the repair. The hole that they refilled with dirt was not done properly as the sidewalk began to crack and break and fall into the hole. Called multiple times to get them out to have this properly filled and pour a new sidewalk as the current one is broken. No response, I reached out more and was told that the owner hurt his back but was back at it and would be by Friday. No one came Friday, no call, I reached back out and couldn't get ahold of them so I left a VM. No response. This is not what I pai

CT Plumbing saved me around $3,000 for a sewer line replacement by doing a Sewer Line re-route. They did an excellent job and were done in 3 Days. To be honest, I was expecting much more work left to do after they were finished due to a prior experience with Pats Plumbing at an older home before this one. They did far less damage(Grass, Fence..etc) on a larger job than the other plumber. I appreciate everything! And will recommend them to others.

Very pleased with the service from CT plumbing! Hired for a sewer line and they made it out with in the week. They showed up early like agreed and got me fixed up in one day. Quality work for a reasonable price. Seeing other reviews i would like to note they also returned everything on property back to original location and cleaned up all debris from the repair. Even tamped some rock down for my neighbor they didn't have to. Highly recommend!

Hired through the purchase of my new home to replace my sewer line. They tied everything into the new sewer line except my kitchen sink. Kitchen sink was still tied into old sewer line that was capped off. So for the longest time I tried to reach out to them to get them to come fix it and never would. I asked for the parts and I would do it myself. Never would. Very very shotty work, very very shotty company. I would not hire this company ever again. It sucks to pay $6000 to have something done and not be done right. My sinks wouldn’t drain and he cared not.

My friend referred them to me when I had a pipe burst this winter. They were able to come to me and fix it the next morning. They replaced the shut off valve and added a hydrant and we’re done in just over an hour. The guys were kind and professional the whole time!
