Mike is not a trustworthy contractor. After he poured the concrete, cracks began forming almost immediately. When I raised the issue, he replaced a few cracked slabs but downplayed the severity and assured me the cracking would stop – which was simply not true. Just a couple months later, over 40% of the new concrete pour has developed cracks. When I brought this up to him again, Mike promised to calculate the cost of replacing the newly cracked concrete and figure something out with me. He even shook my hand, assuring me that he wasn’t "like one of those contractors." However, after following up a few weeks later, Mike claimed he was in no position to help and had already replaced a few slabs as a "courtesy." Mike and his crew did an outstanding job turning our run down wooden deck into a beautiful, long-lasting composite deck. Mike and his crew were timely, clean, polite and well-priced. Would definitely use them again in the future.
