We received quotes from three different concrete companies to replace our 42 year old driveway (80 feet long) and front entrance walkway. We decided to go with a local company, CTI Concrete. Luis at CTI (in Humble) came out and quickly assessed our needs and gave us a quote. Demolition took them one day. The whole project took just 3-4 days, including the laying of rebar and pouring of concrete. The entire staff and crew (from start to finish), was professional, on time, addressed any concerns we had, and did the ENTIRE job for SO much less $$ than the larger companies out of Houston. I needed my entire driveway replaced and got several quotes from several companies. CTI had the most competitive quote, and came highly recommended by my father who had his driveway done by CTI. Luis and CTI demo-ed my old driveway, cut up all the underlying roots, and poured a beautiful, rebar-enforced driveway that had my neighbors envious. Whenever a minor crack developed on the lip, and my new driveway accumulated water on one section, Luis agreed to repair it without question. I just hosed down my repaired driveway and there are no issues with drainage now. There was no back-and-forth--Luis promptly and enthusiastically fixed the problem. CTI is, in my experience, the most affordable and safest solution for your projects requiring concrete. I emphatically recommend them!!!

Our HOA solicited bids from various companies to do concrete work within our subdivision. Our decision to select CTI was the right decision. The team of workers showed up on time each day and put in full days of work. They did not juggle their obligations to us with other ongoing jobs. The quality of the concrete work met our expectations as did the stamped concrete work they did for us. We would recommend CTI to others and plan to use them again in the future. Luis was easy to work with and understood our objectives and oversaw the work each day to ensure attention to detail in the quality of the work. He was also flexible with us when we expanded the scope of the work in the middle of the project.

On time, friendly, and did a great job on a 3 car garage sized workshop pad. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The price was less than the bigger companies I quoted from with more overhead. Why pay more when all you need is a simple job? Plus they did it extremely fast, with a way faster lead time than anyone around. Thanks again. One note: if you have anything complicated or unusual about your job, it's probably better that you speak Spanish. We were able to communicate well enough to do my project without a hitch, and I don't speak Spanish, but your milage may vary.
