CTR Concrete and Pumping Services

I can relate to the other reviews listed. I had to buy him and his kids lunch because they didn't have time to leave the jobsite to buy their own lunch. When he put in the borders for the walkways and driveway extension, they were not even. I had to threaten to cancel the entire job if he didn't fix it, otherwise my walkway would be 36" on end and be like 30" on the other side. After the job, they cleaned all their gear and equipment right in the middle of my lawn, which completely destroyed it. I had to reseed my grass for a large portion of my front yard. The "lines" that are drawn in the cement seemed to be done by a 'drunk'. Oh, and through out the whole time he was complaining that he was not making enough money. Oh, and yes he tried to use a piece of carton to protect my ventilation

I paid CTR Concrete for a cement patio pad. I am very disappointed with the job. The finish was rough and uneven. There are spots were water stays in little puddles. A pop bottle was used to cover a sewer clean out and was left in the cement. It caved in so that the hole is not round and I asked him to finish taking out the plastic bottle (we couldn't get it all out). He forgot to do that. A frame board with a hole was used so cement leaked out and the excess blob was left on the outside edge. The hole for the septic tank cover was unfinished. When we took the frame out, rocks from the surrounding area tumbled out. I asked the owner to fix it and this time he left the uneven frame in. It took a month and many e-mails to get him to "fix" these issues and they still aren't complete.

We just had a disaster with this guy and his teenage kids. They've left the job unfinished and it appears they have no intent to return and finish. What they have done is not correct nor complete. The kids let the concrete walk-way harden and did not put in joints and it is low in places. Overall a very bad situation. We paid the concrete driver direct when he poured, as he demanded payment then. This unprofessional was not even here, just his inexperienced kids. I'm filing a complaint with the contractors board. He is licensed in Washington, I just confirmed it. DO NOT USE THIS FLY BY NIGHT GUY!!!!!!!

Outstanding service, and pump operator was great to work with. The owners helped immensely with our church sign post foundation cost. I would recommend CTR Concrete pumping 100 %.

A white pickup with 2 people just pulled up to a neighbors dumpster and put their debris into it. It’s probably not a good idea to do that kind of stuff when your company logo is all over the truck..
