We lost heat at the beginning of the latest 8 inch snow and ice storm and freezing temperatures. Freddy came by despite the roads still not being in great shape. He was very communicative, quickly diagnosed the issues with our furnace, and talked us through what was needed to fix it. He was very friendly, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. Freddy got the spare part and repaired our furnace as soon as he could. The guy, Freddy, figured out it was the flame sensor right away – explained the whole thing. He cleaned it, fixed it, tested it three times, and even called the next morning to check! Seriously, such a great, fast, reliable guy – a rare find with home warranty companies, you know? It was awesome service, a real Christmas gift!
