He hired my company Loose Cannon Industries to fabricate a ticket booth from a 40' shipping container for his contract with Circuit of The Americas. We opened our doors to his project and his other subcontractors because Mark took on a project that he had no location or tools to work on. We completed the project meeting our agreed deadline with a minimal down payment because Mark had overextended himself by taking the deposit from COTA and spending it on another project. He claimed that he would be making $40,000 on this project so the $7K that he agreed in writing to pay us for our labor and materials. INSTEAD HE BOUGHT HIMSELF A TRUCK and told my husband and I that it was the holidays he needed to take care of his personal obligations!!! He claims multiple times that he would make paymen

Mark stole from us as well. He took a $3,000 barter exchange where we gave him a brand new scooter in return for a container. This container was NEVER DELIVERED, he never made a payment for the scooter and/or never returned the scooter. This business is a sham, a front for who knows what?! Do NOT do business with this company...beware!
