They not only showed up but fixed everything we'd been wanting to address for three years, all for just $100! Jeff and the crew at Culp Irrigation did an amazing job with our new irrigation system. Our job was tough due to a very, very large laurel oak tree that was removed from our front yard. The team spent the better part of two days hacking at old roots and trenching. It looked awful for them and I sincerely felt bad that they had to work so hard. That said, they got it done on time and only charged a tiny bit of additional labor (very fair), since it wasn't clear when they bid the job how much work the old roots would be. Further, the day after the install was complete we noticed one of the beds by the driveway had a small wash out overnight from some kind of malfunction. Jeff got over there right away ON A SATURDAY and fixed it. Amazing service, really. Highly recommended!

2 years ago Culp did some work for me. I was happy with the results. They put a sticker up in my garage as if I was their customer. However this spring they have been extremely difficult to work with. I finally got an appointment but they blew me off without any notification. Communication is practically nonexistent. I’ll go elsewhere
