PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THEM TO CLEAN RUGS. We gave them several rugs to clean in advance of a move to Charlotte. Two of them are quite valuable and were purchased in Istanbul and shipped to us in the US. We unpacked the rugs last night and they completely ruined two of them including the Turkish rug. The rugs were originally beige and now they are a mustard gold color. Another of the rugs was not yellowed but was sprayed with a putrid smelling deodorant. They are totally destroyed. Update: I spoke to Eddie Culver who apologized and refunded what I had paid for this. He did what he could and offered to make it right but because we no longer live in Savannah there's nothing to be done. I appreciated his approach. It took nearly a month to finally get the carpet installed, and the delays just kept piling up. I was told the issues came from the manufacturer, and the installers took no responsibility whatsoever. I understand this was a popular carpet and delays were expected, but every time the scheduled date approached, it was pushed back another week. I cleared out my home and rearranged everything multiple times, only to be met with more delays. In the end, I had no choice but to go with a second choice color just to get the job done. I never even got to see a physical sample, only the monitor version, which looked much nicer online. In reality, the gray carpet turned out way darker than expected and made the space feel more like an office than a home. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Nev
