I absolutely love these guys. Great service, and they actually care. I had a hot water pipe with a hole in it. They suggested I schedule an appointment for the next day to save me money. Most people would rather charge the emergency call fee. They have fixed my furnace numerous times, and installed my new one. They were quick to fix my air conditioner, and didn't over charge for the fix. I can't say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them!

Beginning of the year I started having issues with my heat pump. Given its age and maintenance costs I have been incurring I was ready for a replacement system. These guys came out and gave me multiple quotes on different types of systems, all very competitive. Ended up going with a Mitsubishi system so I could add my recently finished basement into the system as well. These guys did a phenomenal job installing and working with me around my hectic schedule. The system has been great, my house has never been as comfortable as it is now. Absolutely recommend these guys, very professional and knowledgeable.

Requested duct cleaning and sanitizing services for our home that has two units. The team arrived and demonstrated exceptional professionalism and courtesy. Was having an issue with my furnace, i thought it was fuel issue. Had Cumberland heating come out and check it and with in 5 seconds of the furnace coming on they knew exactly what it was. It was a plastic part in the blower and not fuel. I explained another issue I had and had them run a test only to find out my furnace needs replaced. I will say with 100% certainty that I will hire them to do the install they took the time to go over options with me and explained what routes I could take. They were honest and upfront about everything and gave me a quote on the spot and said the quote they gave me is what it will be, no hidden fees or surprises. If you need anything heating or cooling related I highly recommend them they are honest, courteous and reliable.
