Needed to address a possible sweating duct in the garage. Cummins sent Phil promptly to review the issue and we agreed we needed to change the duct insulation. I was provided with a quote for the entire job - tear in, insulation replacement and clean up/haul off. Jim and Brandon and Tyler showed up right on time in the morning. I reviewed the issue with them and they proceeded with the work. All three of them were very diligent, polite and great to work with. Jim especially spent quite some time after they opened up the area to see if he could find any other potential sources for the water. 2 techs came out a week ago, serviced the A/C, but there was a leak in the line so by the weekend no cooling. Owner came out Saturday morning w/o charge. Monday morning 4 techs showed up, resolved the leak issue and now it's working better than before.
