I will call Cunningham Shanor for all future HVAC issues or concerns. I had been told by another company that I likely needed a new furnace. Thank goodness I decided to get a second opinion and a quote from Cunningham Shanor. I had remembered an old friend who was a plumber always recommending them to people. When Cunningham Shanor came to quote me a price for a new furnace, they first listened to me explain what the other company had said. Then they took a look at the furnace, did some trouble shooting, took some measurements and readings, and were able to get the furnace safely running properly again. The team showed up really fast to figure out what was going on with our water tank. They checked everything out and gave us a few ways we could fix it, along with their honest opinions—no pressure at all, just straightforward advice. They came back the next day and got the new water tank installed right away. Everything was done quickly and smoothly. Everyone we met was super nice and took their time answering all our questions. With how great our experience was, we’ll definitely use their services again.
