Our oven went out just before Christmas. I thought we were going to have to wait until after Christmas. However, they got out here as soon as they got the parts in and fixed the oven. First of all, their pricing is much higher and the only reason we went with them is so we didn’t throw away the diagnostic fee. Anyway, a valve was replaced in my washing machine and it still didn’t work correctly. The problem was that they didn’t turn the hot water supply back on and I was told that that everything checks out. How do you do a function check when the hot water supply was off? Between the diagnostic visit and when they were to install the part, I requested that I get an itemized breakdown of the parts vs labor charges and they didn’t reply. I had to get Elijah to show me the costs when he showed up with the valve. After two attempts to get a call back for a warranty on a repair, no call back (they had no idea that the supply valve was off). The only positives are that El
