David Breslin(Co-owner) is a true professional. I met him while walking past one of his soft story job sites located on Fillmore St in SF. Shortly after that, I hired him to seismically upgrade my four story building, also in SF. He’s very busy, but it was worth the small wait. David was on site everyday. He discovered weaknesses in our 1904 building that I hadn’t thought of and was a delight to work with. His team was very professional and left the house in a clean state at the end of the day, everyday. Current did a whole home remodel for me back in 2019. I had originally contacted David in 2017 to provide an estimate. Anyone who has done a project of this scope can imagine the challenges of hiring a general contractor especially in the Bay Area. I compared the bids of several contractors and, after much review, discussion and thought, decided to proceed with Current. And I'm happy with my decision to do so.
