Curry and Johnson Heating and Air Conditioning

Curry & Johnson came out for my A/C that was freezing up. They put in three pounds of freon and added a dye stick to check for a leak, then left. That came to a total of $420.66. The A/C unit was still not working right and would only blow out hot air. I called another company to check it out and they couldn’t believe what and all was wrong with it. They said any good heating and air person would have noticed what was wrong from the start. The outdoor expansion valve power head line was broken, the indoor bulb not mounted to the internal line, broken, dirty condenser, evaporator drain hose wasn’t connected to the pvc hose going into floor causing it to leak on the front of furnace / floor, and plugged up drier. Curry & Johnson have done prior work to my unit multiple times. Never again.

Installation of two ductless mini split systems was professional and top notch. Curry & Johnson handles the warranty registration and emails the confirmation as soon as the install Curry & Johnson made a believer out of me.

I had a very small issue but they took care of it in a very timely manner. The young man that they sent was very kind and fixed the issue promptly. He also gave me some very helpful information to keep my unit working correctly. Thank you very much Curry and Johnson.

Can't say I would recommend them after hours. They advertise as 24/7, 365, but I called at 11am and it's now 8pm and haven't gotten a call back yet. I told the on-call woman I haven't had air since Friday, it's now Sunday & OVER 80° in my house. Taking my business elsewhere.

Purchased two brand new roof top units and a mini-split system (not an insignificant investment) for our commercial space and have had nothing but issues. We eventually switched companies for our ongoing service due to our account being so poorly managed and technician turnover. But the unit(s) continue to cause us issues and cost us money to this day - a constant reminder of how frustrating our experience with this company has been. Would not recommend.
