The girl who answered the phone was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Called me back with an appointment opening within minutes. Two workers came and cleaned and inspected my chimney and were very professional as always. Highly recommend using them.

Don’t understand the negative reviews because my experience was a good one. They replaced my deteriorated chimney and added a liner since my chimney never had one to begin with. Kim was very helpful and she knew my money was tight at the time and was willing to work with me by spreading the job a couple of weeks apart. (Liner first, then they came back and re did my damaged chimney) I appreciated that. She was honest from the beginning and let me know all of my options. I would def recommend

I ordered a new chimney cap in December 2018, for which they took a $1,000 deposit. After months and months of “let me check and get back to you,” I took action and tried to stop by, call multiple numbers, email, and even left notes on the door. Right before hitting the one year mark in December 2019 I turned the matter over to my credit card company who refunded my deposit. I have yet to get a call back from Certified. Others in neighborhood have taken them to court. I was very willing to work with them and give more time, if I could just get an update. Instead, early on they offered a free cleaning for my troubles, which I’m also still waiting on.
