Extremely overpriced! 20-ft Trex board over $100 at Curtis Other suppliers $60 Incredibly ridiculous their markup. It is a nice store. Customer service is great, but the prices are astronomical

I do business with Curtis Lumber through my business NO Problem Solutions all the time. They're great! Today my Gnarly Roomate Shreddy Gnar Gnar and neices and Taylor Gnarstachio spread some Peace, Love & Gnar (Shreddy and I are pioneering The Peace, Love & Gnar Industry ... we've actually founded a charity dedicated to it ✌️❤️🤙) at their Annual Petapalooza! If you don't know, now you know #iykyk ... hope to see y'all there next year, but it's hard to make these types of events with Shreddy because someone has to run the business 😕

This place is full of incompetent staff. Either incompetent or purposely trying to screw us over repeatedly. Been dealing with this place for a couple months, they order the wrong materials and we have to pay for it. We give them all the information they ask for but then they lose it. We asked for a receipt from a couple years ago for a warranty, and they had up to a year before and everything a year after, but mysteriously everything from our name disappeared for that year. Now they broke our special order so we have to wait another couple weeks, turning a project that should have taken 3 days to over 2 months.

Spent thousands of dollars on roof job. Some shingles from Owens Corning in bundle were defective. Brought them back to show them and 2 different people said I damaged them. Nothing they can do for me. Lost my business. (Others workers there saw my issue but had no control over issue)
