After trying to deal with Home Depot, we said the heck with it, we'll try Curtis Lumber in Granville NY. The woman that answered the phone knew everything! Then when I called back, the gentleman was just as knowledgeable! Upon pickup, the staff was awesome. Friendly as heck. The only place I've shopped in a long time that had plenty of help available for assistance. Not short staffed and stressed. They seemed happy to help. Thank you!

Curtis lumber rocks. best place to go for miles around. They have about the same selection and price as a Home Depot and way better service. They will talk through most projects with you and provide free advice. You will get people that know what they are talking about unlike the big box stores.

Curtis always has what I am looking for. The staff is super helpful. They always come out from behind the counter to help me find what I need and they explain options as well.

Very knowledgeable staff, great products , comparable pricing to the big box stores but has the hometown personal friendly touch.

Great service at the desk. The helpers out in the lumber yard though was phenomenal. I only wish I had gotten his name.
