Ordered oil two days ago, today is the day they’re supposed to show up I saw the truck driver pull in front of my house and then drive off, claim it was due to snow on my lawn… never had this issue before. I called around 11am when I saw the truck they said no big deal he probably went to refuel the oil in the truck and is coming right back I said awesome cool (was not told anything about snow I would’ve just shoveled to make the driver feel better about ruining their work boots) I just called now at 4pm that it’s the end of the day and was told it’s due to snow… I do not recommend they’re not transparent at all and with not being transparent I’m stuck without oil for another 2 days. Terrible customer service. Ordered oil Saturday with a delivery date of Monday. They never showed, called multiple times and no answer. Today, I called and they said it will be here around noon. Oil prices dropped 9 cents and they expected me to pay yesterday’s price. If I go to the gas station to get gas and tanks are empty, and go the following day and prices are down, I pay today’s price not yesterday’s. If you were reliable and came when you were supposed to, you would have got the going rate for yesterday. Instead you did not show. I’m assuming you knew prices would decrease and you decided to hold off to make extra money. Terrible.

The people at Curtis’s Oil have consistently been professional and fairly priced. I know my 83 year olds mother is in good hands with them. That’s why we use and trust them.

Was 5 minutes away from my house when the driver showed up randomly showed up. Never gave me an ETA and called my wife to say that no one was home. She let him know I was 2 minutes away. He said I shouldve left a check on the tank, hung up on my wife and drove off. Don't give these people your business
