Cannot say enough about the way my emergency need was handled…. Thank you all for the prompt response (from phone-answerer to service manager to the two techs, Jordan being one) Phone call was made at 8:30 am and job done by 11:30 am. We had them drill a well for a Geothermal unit. Very good communication, got the hole drilled, pipe in and grouted quickly and all the pipe fitted to the inside. It was interesting to watch the drilling rig do it’s thing. Unfortunately after all this work drilling a 500’ hole and running the pipe to the house, almost a year out, you can’t even tell where it is. All this work, and nothing to point at outside the house. Oh well, we know it is there, the geothermal unit is working, and our house is warm.

We recently woke to no water, called our plumber who couldn't understand the problem and told us we could have a dry well. A call was made to Cushing & sons as they had drilled the well forever ago and within 2 hours Jordan & Jeff arrived and set to efficient work. I stayed close, afraid and listening for the worst news but one of them assured me we would have water shortly. In less than 2 hours they fixed the cascade of broken, shorted out pieces, pulled and replaced the well pump and had us back up and running! They were kind, respectful, efficient, neat and super to work with. We received a follow up phone call a few hours later to check up on the repair and make sure everything was to our satisfaction.
