These guys have come out to me twice in the last year. They’ve been easy to get a hold of, incredibly responsive, and on top of the job. They have fit me into their busy schedule each time. I love that they’re a local family owned business. And they’re all super kind and pleasant. Excellent customer service! Truly grateful for these guys!

Great Local Family Owned Company operated by Great People; Honest and Knowledgeable. We wanted a mini-split to assist the AC unit with cooling the bedroom at the south end of the house which bakes from sunrise to sunset. Thanks to Custom Air we are able to have a cool nights sleep, Rick and Angie will be our go to for any and all our HVAC service needs.

We've used Custom Air for years, and they have always taken good care of us. Our AC stopped working, we called Angie and she had Ricky out maybe an hour later and got it up and running. They are prompt, honest, and trustworthy in their bid and work.

This company was absolutely phenomenal. I called them Friday evening right before they closed (because of course my HVAC goes out on a Friday evening) and they were so concerned about us not having heat over the weekend, that they came Saturday morning and didn’t charge a weekend fee, got the job done in about 10 minutes. They were so honest and even told us how to reset the system if it ever stopped again, so we could try and resolve the issue before having to pay for another visit. They were absolutely wonderful, so helpful, honest and tried not to charge us ANYTHING because it was such fast job. My husband and I refused not to pay them. They were incredible. Best customer service!! They had our heater up and running by 8:30 pm on New Year's Eve, same day we contacted them. Not a lot of company owners would be fixing a heater on a holiday, they were so kind and deeply concerned about making sure it was working properly before snow the following morning. Five stars!
