Custom Aire Inc. Air Conditioning Heating and Indoor Air Quality

We've contracted with Custom Aire for our HVAC, heat pump service for the last few years. I was very satisfied with the HVAC service we received a couple weeks ago. Jonah was our technician and he did a great job walking me through the system and giving a clear, reasonable overview of the components and their condition. He replaced our 5-year-old UV light with a new air scrubber and explained the benefits without any pressure or upselling. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I appreciated how knowledgeable and straightforward Jonah was. Highly recommend.

Our heater died during the coldest period of the year. They came out within an hour of calling. Unfortunately our system was over 20 years old and needed to be replaced. My only issue was it took 4 days to get the replacement, but we made due. Installation was done within 6 hours and the technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

The technician, Jonah, was courteous, professional, and competent. I so appreciated the information he provided that would contribute to extending the life of my furnace. He had what was needed, installed, showed it to me after the installation, and he provided a detailed explanation of how it would work in the system. This level of service and commitment to maximizing the life of the customer's equipment is why I have been with Custom Aire for almost 15 years.

Brandon from Custom Aire is amazing! Really nice person, but so skilled in all aspects of HVAC. He does our maintenance, but also pointed out some mold and recommended installing an air scrubber. He knew all the technical info to answer our questions after we research it. Extremely satisfied with this service company and recommend it highly.

Due to problems with my furnace and work being done to repair a cracked pipe I found myself without hot water. The technician that was snet out was very courteous. He patiently explained the problem with the furnace, located the part needed and came back the following day for the repair. He was honest and forth coming and suggested some ways to avoid having the problem reoccur too soon. Al in all I was very pleased woth the service provided. THe service tech returned on Monday to complete this repair. He was timely and cooperative. He even checked and changed the batteries in my thermostat. Excellent service.
