Custom Bath and Kitchens

Our project began as a remodel of our two full bathrooms, but as the design evolved, we decided to expand the scope to include tiling all of our floors and adding a kitchen backsplash. We were assigned Rui as project manager and the exceptional tiling team of Marcos and Talles. From start to finish, Marcos and Talles demonstrated outstanding skill, precision, and pride in their work. Their craftsmanship is evident in every room—they approached each detail with care, offered thoughtful suggestions throughout the three-week project, and maintained a high level of professionalism and efficiency every day. We were particularly impressed by their expertise working with epoxy grout, which is a more challenging material; every grout line is perfectly clean and uniform, giving the finished spaces

Custom Bath and Kitchens is a well organized company. The trained crews of specialists showed up on time and worked hard. They gutted the old bath down to the studs and installed a new quality bath in five days. They also did some add-on work at reasonable prices. The add-ons consisted of two interior doors and a drywall repair in the laundry room, which included boxes for the washer faucets and drain. They installed a beautiful walk-in shower using high quality materials and fixtures. The color-matched silicone caulking lines were impressive. I did the painting to save money and then went on to install the wall fixtures. I negotiated a discount for doing the fixtures myself after the painting. Cathy came to the house and took measurements and showed us samples. She was pleasant and professional. The two gentlemen that installed our shower and new sink did an excellent job! They made certain everything was finished to perfection. The project manager, on the other hand...was rude and never fully explained the schedule of installation. He came to our house one day, walked right in and asked if he could talk to my husband without even introducing himself first. My husband was caught off guard because he had no clue who this guy was and why he just walked into the house without knocking or ringing the doorbell. I would highly recommend Custom Bath, but I hope the customer has a different project manager than we had.

Custom bath just finished with our bathroom renovation, and it is absolutely beautiful! From the beginning to the end was a four day project. Their craftsmanship is absolutely stunning. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job, completed by some of the friendliest and professional workers I have ever had the pleasure to have work in our home. Ruy, and Markone, were excellent, and were some of the best craftsmen to ever work on our home.
