Update to initial review: ***** Reducing to 1 star now that I know what really happened. Due to a complete lack of response we gave in and paid to have the floor replaced. Once the floor was removed it was discovered the grout and adhesive from the old tile floor was not removed properly. The surface was uneven and never cleaned up properly to prepare for the new flooring. This was clearly the issue from the beginning. Mr. Redmond finally answered his phone (after multiple calls) and sent us a $500 check to cover a $2000 repair that should have never been needed had his employee done the job right the first time. ***** Full kitchen renovation in 2020. A couple of minor issues during construction, but addressed quickly. Did not realize they were installing the floor incorrectly. Ignoranc

We were referred to this contractor by our cabinet company representative. We had a fire in our kitchen and needed a major renovation on our ranch home…kitchen and dining room. I really cannot tell you what a disappointing experience this was for us hiring Redmond Construction. We were told the job would be approximately a month…. it took more than five months and there are still things left undone. The relationship started out good but within a few weeks construction just stopped. On and off for weeks. Always an excuse and this is AFTER the Covid-19 scare. We waited two years for our appliances BEFORE we hired Redmond Construction.

Altered build from initial plan. Blammed me for not noticing this until they were wrapping up. Did not follow up after final payment. I just concreted the post on the stairs they never followed up on. They did not communicate well during the whole process.
