Custom Carpet Inc. cleaned carpets at a house I was selling, and since they are a small business, I thought they could come do the staircase at my house with more detail than the big names. I texted and asked if he could do every surface of the stairs (tops, front of each step, and lip) and he immediately answered and said he could do a detailed clean of each surface. He scheduled us immediately, the price was great, and the pictures are shocking! I am attaching a before and after of all the red clay my dog dragged in over almost ten years since we installed that carpet, and it had never been cleaned. I intend to call them back often to do exactly the same thing! I 100% recommend you call!

John is excellent! Great customer service, great pricing! Fast and efficient! Both times he came to our house he was on time! And by on time I mean 5 minutes before appointment time! So you know when he says 8:00am he means it! He cleaned my grandparents house and I was so impressed with his customer service and professional appearance, I decided to give him a try! He has a very clean, well maintained vehicle, dressed in uniform, very organized, all around excellent experience! The price is HANDS DOWN unbeatable. We have two cats and he was very conscious about letting me know the door would be open to allow for his equipment to be used and even notified me when one of the cats ran down the stairs to alert me to watch for an attempted escape. Very satisfied, and I will be recommending him

John is amazing! He is so attentive to detail and did a walk-through of the entire house with me before he started to cleaning, to ensure that he'd seen all the spots I was concerned about. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Super professional - we will use him again and again!

I subcontracted Custom Carpets (John Drenski) through Houndstooth Carpet Cleaners. I paid for the “whole house” special. I have to be honest, my carpets now look the exact same as they did before!l. It seems all he does is gloss over them with HOT water. There are obviously no cleaning chemicals involved because my carpets are still dingy and dirty and they are only 3 years old. I had to point out specific spots to him to go back over. Once he spent an extra 10 seconds on each spot, they came up. Why didn’t he spend the few extra minutes the first time to clean them. I shouldn’t have had to tell him to go back over them. He only seemed to want to hurry and get to his next job. John is a nice guy but he needs to step it up and use more than just hot water when he cleans. Very disappointed w

John is the most pleasant and capable of professionals. I had pet stains and they are gone, completely! Fair price, excellent service. My highest recommendation.
