Custom Carpet Centers

I stopped in to Custom Carpet Centers booth at the home show earlier this year. The employees were all very pleasant and upbeat. John struck up a conversation and I took his business card. I was looking for a sizable project for a carpet tear out and new engineered hardwoods. I was looking at other specific "hardwood" company's show rooms and also checked out CCC because I was referred to them on Transit Rd in Amherst by my sister. I found that CCC was very informational with no pressure over the entire process. Michael and Mack in the showroom were very kind and knowledgeable. It was nice to see the same faces each time we went to the store, that remembered us and knew what we were looking for. The other two companies I was looking at had a much higher price/sq ft installation cost

I recently had a carpet ordered and installed by Custom Carpet from the Williamsville location. From the assistance I received from Mike selecting the carpet, to the arrival of the carpet which was earlier than expected, service was excellent. The installation was completed by Brandon and Jake. They were on time, efficient and very friendly. The overfall service and communication was very good and we are very satisfied. I highly recommend this store and their staff. Roberta.

From beginning to end our experience with Custom Carpet was fantastic. When it came to selecting a carpet for our family room, the store manager, Michael, was wonderful! He was very friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. When it came to installation, Branden Payne, was outstanding! We couldn't be more pleased.

Just purchased rug for my stairs and Michael was extremely helpful-even suggesting I take home some samples when I was against that-wanted to just order right then. He was right and I picked the right color because of him! He made follow up calls and an email to be sure I was satisfied! Would definitely shop there again when in need of flooring.

This place is terrible. I just spoke with Cliff who refused to let me speak with the store owner. They installed vinyl flooring in my bathroom, damaging my drywall, molding, and chipping my toilet during the tear off. They refused to return my calls and are now refusing to assist me in the damage they caused. I was charged by both Custom Carpets and the subcontractor separately for $1,450 just for the tear off and install on a tiny bathroom. Cliff called me back in an angry, accusatory tone insisting that I signed for the work so they are not responsible for any damage. Photos of the mess they made are attached. I then spoke with the contractor who insisted this is between Custom Carpet and me, while refusing to address the damage he caused. Stay away from this company!!!
