We contacted them a year ago to caulk the concrete joints around our pool. The scheduling was very easy, the employees on site were very polite and professional, and they did an excellent job. A few days over the year warranty, we noticed some caulking, pulling away from the edges in a few spots. We contacted the company via email and they replied within a day or two informing us that they would be scheduling a crew to come out and make the repairs. The crew that came out, reviewed the areas in question and made the decision that it would be best to remove the caulking on that joint, and replace it with new, over just resealing the separated areas. We would highly recommend this company. It’s nice to know that there are still companies out there with great customer service.

Custom caulking did a great job of selecting an appropriate caulk color to match my stucco and brick. I had them replace some exterior sealants around the house. Excellent curbing and finish work.

I want to let you know that we are very pleased with the work recently done to complete the sealing of the main church. Last fall we contracted your company, Custom Caulking, to do some power washing, caulking, and sealing of the west side of main church here at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Norton Shores, MI with Ken and Zeke being assigned to the task. We were under a time crunch at our neighborhood pool. We had 48 hours from power washing to filling the pool by our pool company.
