I have been a customer of Custom Climate Hearing & Air for several years now. I have always been very satisfied with their service, quality, value, and most of all their professionalism. With my most recent HVAC maintenance and repair,, the HVAC technician, Cedrik did an outstanding job. He kept me informed of what was going on. He explained the necessary repairs and repair cost. He was upfront, very helpful and most if all very respectful! Without taking away from the outstanding service performed by Cedrik, I would not expect anything less from Custom Climate. Custom Climate is consistently the best heating and cooling company with whom I’ve worked, including installation of my unit to the 6-month maintenance work. All of the technicians have been knowledgeable and professional, including Cedrick who was here today. He fixed the thermostat issue and showed me how to do it myself next time (if needed). He also showed me pictures of what he inspected in the attic with my drain filter, etc. The office staff are very courteous and happy to answer questions. I highly recommend Custom Climate!
