Custom Comfort Air

I was disappointed with my previous HVAC service provider and decided to give Custom Comfort Air an opportunity. I was very pleased with my choice. The young lady who scheduled my appointment was polite and accomodating. Sergio, the technician, arrived on time and quickly got to work checking my heating system. His inspection was thorough and he explained each step. He was respectful and friendly. The price was competitive with other companies I considered. I look forward to Custom Comfort Air checking my A/C next spring.

Was having issues with my Heating System and was able to get a technician out right away. Technician name was Devin and he was very courteous and explained in detail how he was going to proceed in looking into the issue. He was able to diagnosis the problem very quickly and again very detailed in explaining. He explained all annual maintenance and cost. I was very pleased with Devin.

Devon the tech arrived in the time window , was friendly and courteous , and correctly (I hope ) diagnosed and fixed the problem. I thought the price for replacing the thermostat ($1900 )was more than outrageous . The exact model installed was $689.00 on Amazon. It took less than an hour to install. I understand there is value in having the part and providing the expertise to diagnose and correctly (I hope ) install it but $1200 in time, expertise and actual labor time seems really excessive. I will be more selective in choosing my HVAC service providers. Feel like I was ripped.

Gas furnace was not performing well at cold temperatures. Devin showed up promptly and listened to my concerns. He answered my many question and evaluated the system set points. He was able to make some adjustments to the furnace and now it works much better than before, hitting setpoint much faster. Thanks for the great service.

Devin was professional, courteous and efficient. He had recommendations for us on what we could do between maintenance to keep our system running well. Happy customers. Your Clint facing people do a fine job.
