Our technician, Devin Gilbert, was excellent. He took time to explain the issue and offered multiple solutions for different budgets. He even showed me samples of the materials explaining the difference between what he was recommending and what the previous HVAC company used. I highly recommend!

I've used Custom Comfort for many years. In fact, they installed my last a/c which was over 12 years ago and they've been doing the check ups ever since then. I always get a heat check and this time Devin came out. He did all the testing and reported his findings to me. He doesn't just say, everything looks good. He explains things. I also asked him about getting a new unit in the future. Devin explained what would work and how long the process would take. The technicians at Custom Comfort have always been good whether it's a simple check up or repairs.

He was very patient in waiting for us because we had to go buy a filter since the one we ordered from Amazon did not arrive in time.
