I highly recommend Custom Construction Services - I recently had my apartment gut renovated and am thrilled with the results. Jerzy and his team are such talented professionals and it was a pleasure getting to work with them for the 3 months during the construction period. I had my kitchen ceiling and walls soundproofed/insulated to the highest standards with MLV and reslient isolation clips. I also knocked down a wall between the kitchen and the bedroom to allow for more natural light. The kitchen was completely gutted, and I added a ventless washer/dryer combo, dishwasher, and sleek two burner cooktop. I am writing this to offer a different perspective for anyone considering Jerzy and CCSC. While other reviews mention quick turnarounds and "master craftsmanship," our experience was defined by a chronic pattern of over-promising and under-delivering that turned what was supposed to be a two-month project into an exhausting, expensive, six-month ordeal. Jerzy’s initial charm masks significant issues with project management. We were frequently met with assurances that work would be finished “tomorrow” - commitments rarely kept, and a job culminating in shoddy finishing and a general lack of attention to detail, and an interminably incomplete punchlist.
