Horrible customer service. Doors were wrong, deadbolt and keys were missing. The day they delivered the doors they had to come back 3 times. Sent 1 guy to tear out and install 6 doors. Left a mess in my house, garage and porch that I had to clean up. There were 600.00 in damages in my house made by the guy who installed the doors. They will not pay for repairs.i was told it was my responsibility. Took photos and showed the company. Horrible service. Stay clear of this company. I reported to the better business bureau.

Where to start? Just don't do business there. It's NOT worthed. Order a few inside doors, one custom inside garage door, some closet doors, trim and baseboards. Promise the order to be ready in 4 to 5 business days Promises? I should say LIES! Some doors were ready not in the time accorded but ready a few weeks later. The closet door they provided the wrong size and design, had to return and wait a few weeks for they to have the correct one... and one of the doors waited and waited and waited for over two months; they kept telling me every day the door was in production, next day same story my door was the first one to be done, long story a few weeks later they told the door was missing. They spent over a month searching for my door inside the warehouse... once again, Jeff told me the

Horrible customer service and my doors were poorly done! Their variety of products seemed great but the final product needs major improvement. I certainly paid too much for the low-quality doors I received, I will never again contact this company for future services. I also had to call their office several times to get an estimate of when the doors would be ready. The excuse for not having a date/time was that they couldn’t locate the order, then they would tell me they’ll call me back and never did. Please!! do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!!

Horrible customer service was waiting around for 30 mins for someone to assist me lady at the front desk Leslie was rude. She made me very uncomfortable to be there don’t recommend coming here for poorly service.

If I could give a negative 10 I would. This place is the worst place Ive ever shopped. I waited ten days for a door they promised in 4 days very rude on the phone after 10 days they tell me the door was ready and when I go to pick it up they LIE and tell me that they had issues as I watch them rush to prepare the door. Never again will I buy or recommend this place.
