Prompt and professional service. The service center staff were friendly when I called at 8am. They gave me a quote to fix broken garage door springs and got me scheduled, same day. Others that I called had a higher quote and a 3 day wait. Eric, technician that complex the service, called when he was on the way, was very professional. Got the job done, checked other components of the door, and made sure everything was working before he left. From first call to work completion was about 1.5 hours. I definitely recommend.

From 1st Contact with Andrea, to the Estimators, Salesman and Installation Crew - Steve +1 (sorry didn't get his name) the whole team were polite, professional, communicative and respectful to property. The quote was very clear as to what was to be done, and the installers were friendly, polite & professional. They were well organized and did a good cleanup after the door was fitted. They had to restructure the track due to incorrect previous installation, and I can't fault their work in replacing everything and balancing the lift springs. Good work !

Eric was a great tech! Fixed my garage door in less than 45 minutes when i thought it was done for. Andrea was also great in scheduling my appointment! This company was on time and very well priced. I would def recommend them.

We needed emergency garage door repair. Called Customer Door and Gate and I was connected with someone immediately at 8AM and was estimated that a technician would arrive before 12PM. Shortly after the phone call I was contacted by the technician, Andrew Forlines, who was available within 20 minutes. He arrived promptly, assessed the damaged door, and serviced the door within an hour. He made some suggestions for parts if he thought we needed any as well as gave information on what it would involve to replace a panel. I was charged a very reasonable service fee for the work. I am beyond satisfied with my experience as a first-time customer with this company and would certainly use them again for service repair needs in the future.

Looked them up online and entered my info and I was contacted the next morning. They scheduled me for a spring repair the next day. Couple of techs worked well together and had me taken care of in no time. Courteous and knowledgeable. Reasonable price. Greased my door and noticed that I tightened the chain the previous day trying to fix it myself. Apparently that's a no-no! They got me back on track and now my door works better than before the broken spring.
