Master Bathroom Quartz Installation - A Total Disappointment I had high hopes for the quartz installation in my client’s master bathroom, but the entire process was a disaster from start to finish. There are noticeable gaps between the quartz and the trim kit in the shower which the installers tried to cover up with excessive silicon creating a sloppy finish. The installers cut the hole too large. The vanity backsplash was not centered on the plumbing. When I reached out to the owner which was the installer, he agreed to correct the issues.I was ignored for 6 weeks. I drove to his place of business and he refused to speak to me. He refuses to take responsibility for the mistakes. There has been no customer service so buyer beware. For the price I paid, this level of unprofessionalis

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Dana is so sweet, very knowledgeable and eager to help find exactly what you want. The installers (Levi) were very professional and clean. They also helped troubleshoot a few challenges of our house. The countertops are beautiful! We could not ask for a better experience!
