Custom Fence

Poor customer service. Our initial walk with the representative covered the whole perimeter of my back yard. The day of install, they started 5 feet away from the end of my property. When I asked them why, they told me it was the town’s rules/laws. No biggie, until I found out that there wasn’t any rules/laws for that. When I reached out with my concern, because now I can’t access that part of my lawn to keep up with it, I told them I had recording and evidence of my initial concern the day of, they didn’t respond. It’s been 6 months now. Even if the 5 foot rule was in place, I would’ve added a fence door to have access to that part. They also connected my neighbor’s back fence with mine. Which I was told by their own people that they couldn’t do that. Don’t waste your time with them. The

I had a great experience with Custom Fence as a first-time customer. My project was to replace an old fence that blew over and to add a gate. The project was completed efficiently. The fence looks great and is much more sturdy than my last fence thanks to the metal posts installed with each wooden post. Our second time using custom fence and again they did not disappoint. They get to your home for an estimate promptly. The quote comes quickly and for us the fence we selected was installed 2 1/2 weeks later. Such a good team effort. We got two other quotes, one more expensive one less expensive, but neither of the other two companies could install the same type of fence material as quickly as custom fence so we went with them. We made a small adjustment to the size of our gate and they were able to manage that efficiently without delaying the installation. The whole fence was installed in less than a day just incredible!

Custom Fence installed the fence at my new home in Pulaski 3 years ago & did a great job. I decided to do a modification this year & contacted them in March 2024. The modification included replacing a section that was sinking due to natural settling of a new home as well as changing from a 4 ft gate to an 8 ft gate. The quoted price was reasonable. Because this job was small compared to a full fence installation, I was told I would be worked into their schedule when the crew was in the Pulaski area. Due to the excessive Efrain this Spring, several dates were arranged, then needed to be canceled due to rain.
