I feel so good about this whole event! Keri was awesome to work with! She helped us pick out the flooring that would work best for our situation, she got us a great price! The turnaround was fast! The installers did a phenomenal job! The were obviously careful of the freshly painted walls. I would definitely recommend Custom Flooring and Design to anyone needing new flooring!!

I wanted to give this business a better review. The service was great, staff was helpful and friendly, and even the final product was great. They installed some carpet for us and the price wasn’t amazing, but was lower than some other places in the area. The people who installed the carpet though left our house a mess! There were fingerprints on the walls and doors, black scuffs and streaks on the baseboards, big pieces of carpet left on the floor, and they didn’t fully secure the carpet on our bottom step. They also turned out garage into their own personal storage shed for all the carpet so we couldn’t use our garage for two days, and they left carpet bits and pieces all over the garage. We purchased LVP flooring to install ourselves through our home. They were so friendly and helpful as we were looking and great to help us through the ordering process. The flooring came in a reasonable timeframe and the pricing was great.

WOW, this is my fifth time using this company and I continue to be so please every time. My kitchen hexagon tile is stunning! The floor was super out of flat and needed leveled first. 15 bags of leveling materials later it was flat. I'm told that isn't a lot even though it sounds like a lot. 1,200 feet of tile later and I don't see any issue. They did 2,000 of lvp too. Multiple custom curved steps, flooring installed on angles and more. Check this picture out. YAY I LOVE MY HOUSE!!
