Custom Floors

They did a great job on our floors and also made some repairs to the sub flooring. When we told them about our fire place they made some suggestions about a flat rock tile and it turned out great

We purchased a new home in 2021 and we were formed that Custom Floors had done the install. Fast forward to today, we had a squeaky floor by our front door most likely due to weather and humidity. We called them to come look at it for an estimate on repair and they came quickly in just a few days. They looked at it and completely repaired it free of charge! Took them maybe 15 minutes. Great customer service and they stand behind their work. We really appreciate it!

I've built and remodeled my house within the last 21 years. Dealt with several contractors and I found this one to be one of the hardest to work with. His sub tile people did some less than desirable work and it shows in the pictures. Upon confronting the owner, he gave me my money back and stated he washed his hands with me and told me to repair the issues with my refund.

From the start we received a reasonable estimate from Jeff. Jeff let us know when to expect the Installation crew and Mike from their office explained the Installation process. Three hours later our laminate floor was installed and we are 100% satisfied with Custom Floors and would recommend them if you need any flooring (ceramic, hardwood, carpet or laminate) installed!

I contacted Jeff about having Laminate floors put into the upstairs of my House. Communication through email/phone was awesome and always answered in a great timely manner. As soon as he got the materials in his guys came out (Bobby and his Crew) They started on a Friday and Finished on Sunday. They did 4 bedrooms a hall and 6 closets. They were such awesome guys. I have 3 children that are extremely curious and the guys answered all of their 101 questions! They even got to help tape down some patting! I STRONGLY recommend this company! I'll definitely be using them again when it's time to change up my flooring in the downstairs of my house! These guys rock!!
