We brought some extra carpet here to bind the edges for rugs. There was a slight problem but the rugs turned out great and their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! When they overheard that I was in town for a few days, they trimmed and finished an oversized, very heavy, area carpet for my mother’s home so that I could get it put back down for her before I left the area. What a pleasant surprise it was when they called a day later and said it was ready l, even though I expressed that it would be okay for them to take the estimated time and could arrange for someone else to pick up the finished carpet. The finishing matched perfectly with the existing carpet! They exceeded expectations in a kind, helpful, professional, courteous, listening, and caring way! Highly recommended!
