Buyers Beware!! Please read previous post Mr. Walker, responded to my previous post by saying that he's sorry that I feel like my mother was missed treated by him. Please understand that my mother, my husband and I have tried to get issue resolve for about 6 months now. My husband spoke with him on Friday Oct.8, he said that he will email my husband on Monday Oct 11 to inform us what he's welling to do. Yesterday, you stated by email that he's only welling to reimburse $385.44. This is unacceptable! If Mr. Walker want discuss this any farther, he has my direct phone number and email.

I've been shopping for new flooring for about a week now and have visited many flooring stores in the area. I've had a really great experience at all, except Acoustical Floors. When I walked in to browse the showroom, the woman at the desk said nothing to me. I walked around for about 10 minutes until she finally acknowledge my presence. She asked if I needed any help, and I said I was just looking at the moment. Her rude response was "Good! Cause I can't help you anyway, I'm just the Bookkeeper, Jessie!" She then began rambling about how the owners left her there with no help and appeared to be just miserable. I honestly tried to ignore her negative attitude and asked her a question about a tile, When she approached me, I could barely handle the smell, she was doused in tobacco

I am so pleased with the service we received. I had a deadline that was pretty tough but Acoustic Floors came through and did a wonderful job. I was pleased with the installers also. They were friendly and cleaned up nicely, would highly recommend!!!

Buyers Beware In April of 2021, my mother met Mr. Rett Walker (owner) at her residence to measure for flooring installation services from his business. The day that she set for installment, she went out of town until the install was completed. His technician, John, installed the chosen tile (my mother wasn’t present). Shortly after install, the tiles started to pop up. My mother contacted Mr. Walker for resolution. He sent John back out to address the issue. At this time, John mentioned there is an issue with the floor and possible reason for the tiles popping up. During John’s first visit and installation of the tile, he never mentioned anything about a subfloor issue. John communicated to Mr. Walker that he did, but my mother was not present.
