Middle of remodel problems with undermount sink caused issues (I ordered separate from CGT). Had to return defective sink and purchase replacement. CGT staff pulled counter and made adjustments for new sink. Much appreciated!

I’m a 25 year veteran of the building industry and have built several subdivisions in the past. I also have a Masters degree in Business. Unfortunately, this company doesn’t understand the meaning of communication. Which is the number one downfall within an organization. I was told they were coming on a Monday and they didn’t show until Tuesday with no phone call. I obviously had to call them in order to get them to arrive. When they finally arrived I was then told I should have had my bathroom sink along with the under mount in the kitchen. I only had the under mount because that is what I was only told to have on site. Anyway, the products were brought out the next day in order to finish. My biggest complaint is that it’s been five days since and I have called everyday, but no one will
