Custom Grounds

We have been using Custom Grounds for months and it has been fantastic! We live in a community with a strict HOA and they work around all the rules without any complaints. Previous lawn companies I've used were flaky and would skip weeks if it rained. This has been the rainiest season in a long time and they haven't missed a single service. They can process online payments and are extremely responsive. I promise it's not worth the headache to use a "friend of a friend" when you can get this kind of reliability.

So far so good. I had been having some issues with areas in my yard where grass wasn't growing. I tried a few different types of seeds and a bunch or water. I finally threw in the towel and had Custom Grounds do it. They filled in all spots and removed some crab grass that was annoying. I am bringing them back to spray for weeds next week. I highly recommend them because they are nice and professional. They also helped me with what times were best for my sprinklers and how often. Great company!!

I highly recommend Custom Grounds. They came out and did my sprinklers and went above and beyond. David is a perfectionist and does high quality work. He even gave me some tips and pointers for my sod and other landscaping that wasn’t part of the job I was paying him for. He has a wealth of knowledge. Customer service is great. Quick to respond and more than happy to answer questions or make adjustments to the sprinklers. Don’t hire the cheapest option you can find. There will always be cheaper options with landscaping. Hire someone with experience and outstanding customer service.

Custom grounds is fantastic! We bounced around trying a few different companies after moving here a year ago but now we stick with them. They’re reliable & honest upfront pricing is exactly what I look for when getting any services done. We mainly get lawn care applications from him so far but if I ever have a question or need help with anything regarding my lawn he is very knowledgeable & helpful! Which I am very grateful for.
