Custom Home Center not only has beautiful flooring, but excellent customer service. Steve was wonderful to deal with. He answered all our questions thoroughly and honestly and we are so happy with our beautiful wood floor. Due to a manufacturing defect (absolutely no fault of Custom Home Center), we had an issue with our floor. Steve was on top of the issue from the beginning and worked hard to have it resolved. We are so grateful for all that he did to help us. It is so rare to find a company who doesn’t just push a product and honestly wants you to find the floor that is truly right for you. It would be remiss of me not to mention Ryan, who installed the flooring. He is not only incredibly nice, but does beautiful work.

My wife and I stopped in this great place today to pick out a new laminate. They couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We have used Custom Home Center many times over the years and they have always given excellent service at reasonable prices. We recently had our old hardwood removed and new installed. The work was done timely and professionally. We are very happy with it. The darker flooring in the photos is new.

Custom Home Center is the company to use! Building a home in 2021 was challenging, due to product shortages and price increases, but this company and its employees treated us great. We (of course) had some delays and during that whole process the LVP flooring we were interested in went up on pricing. They honored the pricing/quote we were given MONTHS previous! Install was great with truly no complaints, seriously, during eight months of building this was the ONLY company we can say this about. We loved working with Custom Home Center and would recommend them to anyone!
