Jon and his team are amazing . Jon worked with my insurance to get everything covered. The quality of work was excellent. Him and his team was very respectful to not only me but the stuff in my home. When the inside work had to be done from the water damage they covered everything in plastic and cleaned up everything after the work was done. Jon was great at communicating with me every step of the way and was always available if I needed anything. He was great about not only answering any questions I had but explaining everything as well. He not only cares about the quality of work but truly cares about the clients. Jon and his crew did an excellent job our roof replacement that was needed due to storm damage. He handled all of the coordination with the insurance company, and installation and workmanship were top notch.so much so that we went to him to add skylights and replace a sliding door as well! Custom Home Renovations is the clear example of a great business with great customer service! Purcell was the representative we dealt with for our new roof project. He was hands on and customer focused throughout the entire project. His knowledge was impressive as well. He responded to every question we had even if it was late in the evening. This is rare these days. His crew was professional and they cleaned up to the point where you would not have known that they were ever there after our roof install.
