Cedric delivered one of the best service experiences I have ever had with any contractor. From start to finish, he demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and technical competence at the highest level. This was not an easy job. It required repeated trips up three flights of stairs while working alone, and he handled it with focus, efficiency, and zero complaints. His work ethic was exceptional, and the quality of his work reflects real pride in his craft. It is rare to encounter someone who represents their company with this level of excellence. The AC has been off for a week. The technician, Cedric arrived at the scheduled time. He was able to diagnose the problem with the AC. I am impressed with the efficiency and honesty he goes about his work. He gave me updates as to what was wrong with the heating system. I am so satisfied with the fix, and the cost of the repair was well below my expectation. Custom Klimates is highly recommended. You can't go wrong with them. Cedric, you are the best. They are very thorough and give honest advise and opinions. Not just a money grab. We would highly recommend Custom kilmates and will be using them as long as we can.

Cedric the tech came out last week. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in a very short time. He really seems to know all about a/c units. I appreciate the fact that he was on time, knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need. If I need more service I will definitely be calling Custom Klimates. Cedric and Austin were amazing! For years we have had an odd problem with one of our heat units that several service providers before could not solve (and made it worse at times!) I found this team not only incredibly effective but enthusiastic and eager to find the most cost effective solution for us. It’s great to work with people who clearly enjoy their work and try hard to please. I would give them 10 stars if possible!
