Very dissatisfied with this company. Initial sales conversation was positive. Scheduling was positive. Installation was excellent. And then the trouble started. The installer left the sink inoperable. He explained that he couldn't connect to the plumbing for some technical reason. He said that I should call the office to get the job completed.I got the runaround. "Signed contract says this." "Legally we can't do that." "We have a difference of opinion. I'm not going to make you whole.-" It looks like there have been 66 reviews of this company at the time of my posting. It also looks like 15%+/- of them are one star or two. That means one out of every six or seven customers is really unhappy with Custom Marble & Granite. Now I know why.

Incredibly disappointed they came and installed my countertop dinged the wall several times. There's caulking or something sticky all-over my floor so not only were they not very careful they're messy too. They guy who came out to measure said he would throw in a window sill NOPE! I had to pay for it also he didn't bother mentioning that I would need drywall mud for the backsplash otherwise it won't fit in flush against the wall. So now there's a gap between the wall and the backsplash. I called to speak with someone about how bad it looks and the manager basically told me thats too bad. So they would rather have unhappy customers than do a proper job. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Below is an example of their work.

This establishment did an outstanding job in planning for my countertops. They were fair and consistent from the time I walked in until a number of months later when I was ready to actually purchase. I was building a new home and they knew my timeframe they came to measure on the day of my closing immediately after I got my keys and they had my Countertop in within a week and a half. They went out of their way to help me as I had been planning for quite some time. My Countertop did get a couple of scratches and a neck and transport and installation. When I went back to the store, they came right away to repair them and it was as good as new. I can’t Stress the goods customer service that I had in the wonderful experience. CMG did a spectacular job with my kitchen countertops. I contracted this job through Home Depot and was hesitant at first that they picked a company in Vero Beach (I am in Merritt island 1+ hour away), but trusted the process. CMG was extremely communicative throughout the whole process, they were prompt and thorough, always punctual with appointments. Had it not been for Home Depot I probably would never have contracted them for this job due to distance alone, but I’m extremely glad they’re the ones who did it. Would recommend and will be using them again for my bathroom countertops
