Since Custom Marble is more of a manufacturer/ supplier, we had gone through Collins & Sons to remodel our shower. In addition to having our floors re-done. Unfortunately, we had experienced a few obstacles in the process. During that process, I discovered that the corner of the lower shower panel was broken. I addressed this issue with both contractors, and neither one of them wanted to take responsibility. I contacted Collins & Son and they provided a replacement panel. Unfortunately, it did not match. Oh yes, I did contact Collins & Son again informing them of this color/ pattern discrepancy. They sent someone out and I was told that the second replacement panel may have the same issues. We could not be happier that we selected Custom Marble for our project. From start to finish our project was on budget and on time. Matt and Laura guided us through the selection process, showing us all options that were available to make our remodel exactly what we had envisioned. We were able to breathe easy throughout the entire process knowing that they had every detail under control. The measuring and installation process went smoothly and the installers were very professional and our counters look amazing. We cannot thank Custom Marble enough for making our remodel a very rewarding and positive experience.

We used Norm's Bargain Barn for our kitchen cabinets and they recommend using Custom Marble for counters. I had a really good experience with Norm's, and trusted their recommendation. We ordered and installed our kitchen counters through Custom Marble. I had a good experience from the front office ladies, to the person who came out to measure for countertop, to the guys who did the install. I would recommend them and use them again.

This company is lacking in customer service and takes no responsibility for products shipped out. If you do have a issue with your custom order be prepared to either re-purchase it at full cost or adjust your projects plans to fit the mistake. Do your best to avoid their services, not worth the headache.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! We had new counter tops installed. Upon the installation, they damaged the counter with the mechanism they use to carry the counter top in. We have had someone come out four different times to try to buff out the imperfection, which is the size of your fist. When the guy is finished it is shined up, but by evening you can see the perfect circle again. The guy said well your husband said it was fine. Yep until evening an it is wiped a few times it is back to the same imperfection that was left on day one by the installers. He even went as far as to say if you look at the counter from the other side you can't see it, yep but that is not where I stand! Refuses to replace counter top because it is satisfactory.
