I have been with this team for about 5 years. Prior to this year this has been a great service. This year I have seen a pretty significant decline with weeds across my lawn, changes/reductions in communications and failing to accept/post my payments promptly once received. For example the received my Bill Pay on July 11th, once again they called me over a week later (today / July 21st) to harass me about not receiving payment. Called multiple times to be informed my payment is likely in the pile of mail to be received. Seriously considering changing services. 12/5/25: They came twice in November which I find strange but the treatments were applied. However they did NOT call/text or notify me in anyway they were coming either time so I could prepare my yard and keep my dog safe. I also ha

Fred is an amazing person. He does a great job, and is always in a great mood. He helped my wife with or gate it needed adjustment and it was almost inoperable. A couple minutes later and fixed. Up and above the call of duty.

Spencer did a great job with racking up the dead grass and re-seeding. He was also professional, super nice and fully explained what he was treating. Custom Lawn Care is a great company to treat your lawn.

Spencer was just here and was extremely helpful and patient with all our questions. We have a mess on our hands and he made me feel that at some point, we will have a nice looking yard again. I will leave positive feedback on yelp as well. Thank you for helping us out of this .
