Everyone we asked before we embark on building our pool were telling us not to do it as contractors are expensive, not reliable, and at the end you end up with not what you were looking for, over budget and sometime a year later in delivery to your original plan. We built a pool 10 years ago in Austin and we had great experience, we were looking in Plano TX for similar contractor and we came across Pools by Brian with amazing reviews that looked too good to be true. But after 2.5 month start to finish of this project we can testify that the reviews and reality are true and Brian is a class of his own- WOW !!!! highly recommended - great service, accountability, end to end delivery and no surprises on budget or schedule

Brian and Teddy did such a great job of helping design and complete our pool, we didn't know what we wanted and Teddy walked us through the design process and Brian is a hands on owner, he walked us through the permit process, which with his help went very fast and even through HSA he knew what we would need and provided ahead of time. When construction started Brian was here almost everyday that a sub was here and made sure everything was flowing well and we understand the process. It was a very good experience. and the timeline that he gave us was spot on, even with the weather delays and things he couldn't control we were completed right on time. If you are thinking about a pool or spa, we highly recommend Custom Pools by Brian, they truly are the best.

I cannot say enough about Teddy and Brian. This company truly took great care of us. They explained everything, were always there’s for texts and calls, really treated us like people not piggy banks. They were totally hands on for the entire project. I felt totally comfortable having them all around my house where my wife and kids were, they are total professionals and really great people. The pool turned out totally amazing, we actually got to swim in it this weekend. It went by so fast we almost couldn’t believe it. Brian and Teddy did an amazing job. Customer service and communication that is certainly uncommon in today's business climate. The quality and attention to detail was impeccable.
