We had our pool installed by Custom Pools in 2022 and the results were amazing! The process was seamless from beginning to end. Having never installed a pool before, we had lots of questions and the Custom team was always available to answer them! Jen was our point person and she is amazing! She puts the customer first in every way and was so friendly, accessible and helpful! Even 2 years later, her and the rest of the Custom team have been there when we’ve needed anything (even helping with an emergency water fill Labor Day weekend when I “accidentally” drained the entire pool overnight). We reached out to them for some renovation work to our in-ground pool, unfortunately for us, at the height of the pandemic which initially caused a few minor scheduling issues. The initial assessment of the work to be done was spot on, followed by a timely completion of the project once started with helpful, workable suggestions along the way. No hidden fees or useless sale pitches. Excellent customer service and communications with service reps, foremen and workers. My absolute complete satisfaction was and still is their primary concern. Ever since I had my pool built by Custom Pools, service management and communication has been pretty abysmal. Yesterday's experience closed the door for me. I pre-paid for my pool start-up and close-down in March -- the exact dates of those services were set, with November 6th being the close-down date. As of three days ago I had heard nothing so I emailed the Service Desk and was told that I was on the schedule and that I would be "well taken care of". I took the day off to wait for the crew -- mind you, Custom Pools doesn't provide any sort of service window guidance; no "AM" or "PM", no 10 am - 2 PM. Nothing. At 4:15 PM a crew had still not arrived and so I called and was told someone would be at the house by 4:30 PM. At 4:45 PM I called back again and was told there was no way of knowi

Recently purchased a BullFrog A9L. The team that delivered was fantastic and did a thorough job setting up and showing us what was needed once we filled it with water. We were using it within 24 hours of delivery and couldn’t be happier.
