Custom Roof Company

From start to finish, our experience with Custom Roof Compay, Inc., was only positive. Our project manager, Brian Davis, took really great care of us. He was proactive about communicating with us regularly throughout the process, from initial consultation to final payment, and he responded to our questions quickly. He dropped off shingle samples for us to see in person, he worked with us (patiently!) while we settled on a start date, and he stopped by while the job was getting done to make sure that all the lines of communication were clear. The roofing crew -- Jose, Brian, and Philemon -- were total pros. They were punctual, hardworking, respectful of our property, and did a great job of cleaning up and closing up at the end of each workday. We checked in with them while they were working

I can't speak highly enough about Custom Roof. Brandon, Rick, and the team are awesome. When we bought our house we knew we had one leak in the roof, but after moving in we discovered three more. Our house has a tiled roof, which makes it very hard to pinpoint leaks. They came out multiple times, free of charge, to tarp different sections of the roof until the leaks stopped before they removed a single tile on the roof. They were communicative, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

The only good thing about discovering a roof leak is knowing that I can call Custom Roof Co and receive a prompt response, a fair price, and conscientious workers. They've worked on my house twice with no problems - finished sooner than promised, did quality work, kept a clean work area, cleaned up when done.

Any time someone asks me for a roofer recommendation, I highly recommend Custom Roof Company. He has done a repair for me on a flat roof, replaced wood shake with composition tile on a couple of our structures, and also reroofed our house dealing with historic terra cotta roof tiles. They can do it all!
